I have no complaints about anyone at the Port Jervis location. In fact, they are all terrific. My only complaint pertains to the overall establishment’s habitual restrictions on in-person debit card transactions. A $35 purchase at ShopRite? Declined. A $27 takeout meal? Declined. A $200 local car repair shop payment? Declined. Not to mention it’s hit-or-miss.
