Small town bank excellent service
My wife and I started with Jeff bank 10 years ago and they cared about people but now they seemed to lose their small town charm. They have outsourced their bill pay to some foreign country and have no interest in helping you when there is an issue as a matter of fact there admin Ronda Decker laughed about it and tried to turn it around on me asking me in a snarky tone if “I was annoyed about the inconvenience “.
