We hired him for an event in April of 2021 and we’re now in July 2022 and have not received our album. He does not return phone calls, text messages or email. Hopefully he’s ok but we have not received our photos and he did not deliver what he promised.
Photos not worth the money. We still have not received our photo book which we already paid for. Jeff will not respond to my texts, Facebook messages, emails, etc. would not recommend.
At first, Jeff seemed nice and worked with us well although communication was a little spotty. Unfortunately, my wedding was impacted by COVID and we ended up needing to move from October 2020 to February 2021. Again, Jeff seemed willing to work with us and provided flexibility in moving our date but was still spotty in the communication (did not respond to several emails). Jeff was GREAT! Very friendly, always responded quickly to my messages. The pictures and memories he captured turned out to be amazing. Besides taking pictures he was concerned about me and my groom, making sure we eat, and get something to drink. My family loved his personality. All in all a great experience.
Jeff was absolutely outstanding! He was willing to meet my fiance and I multiple times over Skype prior to the wedding day, he was very open to all of my ideas and helped us stick to our schedule perfectly. He was an absolute joy to have join us at the reception - the close up's we've seen so far are UNREAL. I had no idea where Jeff was and didn't feel like he was in our space, but all of the shots are so perfectly timed and wonderfully angled and close up.
