We are very satisfied. The Jeep we rented looked and drove amazing. I really liked that you seen an actual photo of what Jeep you were renting. The person we met to pick the jeep up walked us through how to remove the top. Will definitely rent from them on our next trip there!!

One of the best experiences we have had as a family! The owners were very responsive and knowledgeable about the area. They discussed different areas to check out and helped us plan our day. The process couldn't be easier. They even had rubber ducks for us to "duck" other Jeeps...the kids loved this! Although we are locals, Jeepin in the Smokies helped us explore our own backyard. We would 100% recommend using Jeepin in the Smokies and will be using them again!

Jeepin in the Smokies was awesome! Very easy and painless process to book online. Even easier at the pickup location. Staff was very friendly. Also very thorough in explaining the vehicles particulars. If you’re in the Pigeon Forge area and are considering renting a Jeep, I highly recommend Jeepin in The Smokies!!

Traveled to Pigeon Forge for the annual Jeep invasion. Unfortunately my Jeep had to go into the shop the first day we were there. Had ti call around for a rental and happened to come across Jeepin in the Smokies. They had one Jeep left so I jumped on it. Initially I was booked for the wrong day. Very easy booking, friendly workers. It was a very nice jeep. Took it up to the Smokey mountains. Had easy pick up and drop off! Would book again.
