One of the best experiences we have had as a family! The owners were very responsive and knowledgeable about the area. They discussed different areas to check out and helped us plan our day. The process couldn't be easier. They even had rubber ducks for us to "duck" other Jeeps...the kids loved this! Although we are locals, Jeepin in the Smokies helped us explore our own backyard. We would 100% recommend using Jeepin in the Smokies and will be using them again!
Excellent customer service, awesome lifted Jeep and memories for a lifetime! For the price others charge for a couple hours, we got 24 hours in a Jeep! Taking the top off to explore the Smokies is a great way to do it! We had a blast!!! If we come back, we'll be doing this again FOR SURE!!!
We couldn’t have had a better experience!! The owner was very responsive to our texts and helpful in answering any and all questions about the jeep, the area, and the local parks to drive through. We brought our 2 y/o and the owner helped install the car seat to be sure our boy was safe and had fun as well as us! We had so much fun exploring pigeon forge, gatlinburg, and the great Smokey mountains national park in a vehicle suited for such! We felt safe and comfortable! We rented a jeep for a day to cruise through SMNP. This was a first for our family. Kevin took great care of us in accommodating our request. The jeep was in great condition and was a blast to drive! I highly recommend Jeepin’ in the Smokies for a fun family adventure!
Kevin was great to work with. Jeep was really clean and nicely equipped. Nice looking with the lift and bigger tires, drove great. Family had a great time. Will rent a jeep again in the future.
