- Owners seem like very nice people but we aware - Jeeps are well kept (However, Jeep was not washed) - Prices are very reasonable However, when we rented a few weeks ago, the owner said we damaged the rear plastic window(s) and wanted us to buy him a new set. #1) We went over the damages of the Jeep prior to rental and NEVER discussed windows and never went over current damage of windows and took pictures for comparing before and after rental is over. #2) The owner did not want to rent us the Jeep with the "doors off" beca... read more
We decided to rent a Jeep to go around sight seeing on our vacation, and I'm SO GLAD we did. The vehicles were so reasonably priced and well maintained. The pick up and drop off process was hassle free and easy. We enjoyed 8+ hours of driving around and were really comfortable the entire time. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided great recommendations on some locations to see bears. We compared every rental service before booking, and picked Jeepin' In The Smokies because of their selection and glowing reviews. Let me just say that it exceeded even our highest expectations. Kevin was great and made sure to give us a run down before we left. The car was a blast and was exactly what we were looking for. It was perfect, and we will definitely be back. We highly recommend booking a rental, you won't be disappointed!
Had a great experience with a great company. We have rented jeeps for years but our usual company stopped renting jeeps so they recommended Jeepin in the Smokies! They did not disappoint. The jeep was amazing, the family really loved it, it came with a preloaded GPS which is very handy, and was very clean. Really great experience! I would recommend this company to anyone.
