Adult Family Care Homes of Maine was founded in 1999, by our Administrators, John & Rhonda Chambers of Calais, Maine. They saw a need to help bridge the gap in ederly independence. Due to the overcrowding of Nursing Homes, the State of Maine launched a new endevour designed to offer our aging Maine citizens alternatives to nusing home care.
