The service I received if it could be called service from Patrick Jeb was incredibly disgusting and offensive. I urge anyone who has been refered from their Real Estate agent to shop around forba appropriate Settlement Agent. He literally tried to take advantage of myself and lied repeatedly because I was a first home buyer. Due to conducting my due diligence I was able to know my rights and refuse his subpar standard professionalism.
