My wife and I booked a return trip from Pearson airport to our home in Sarnia, 16 Dec. The pickup instructions and communication between ourselves and dispatch/driver were handled flawlessly-just the reassurance we needed after a long flight back to Canada. I also have to single out our driver (Josephine), who did a wonderful job navigating rush hour traffics in Toronto, while contending with a steady downpour all the way to Sarnia. Thanks also for help with helping with the luggage, Josephine. 5 Star service indeed!

This was my first time using Jeat and it was great! Joseph was very friendly during my booking and I love that they offer refreshments, charger, wifi and iPad. Great little extras that show they are thinking about the customer experience. The driver was friendly, on time and well prepared. I often start to worry when waiting to be picked up, did something happen, was there a miscommunication, will the driver be here on time. Flawless experience and high level customer satisfaction. Couldn’t ask for more. Food was provided as requested and the trip was lovely. The driver was on time and dealt pleasantly with us. Can’t recommend this service enough to anyone. It’s simply amazing!
