Old grumpy snooty ladies here. I've gone to her my entire life for tax preparation because all my family pretty much does, but I never will again after all the issues I've had with taxes this year. I had to get my taxes amended because my employers messed up the W2. She assumed I already paid the original amount due and factored that in the amended form without even asking me if I had paid it.
