I've been working with Jeanne for a few years now. In that time, she has made tax season so much simpler with her endless knowledge. She is very responsive to any and all questions I may have. She has a wonderful personality and is very approachable. If you are looking for someone to eliminate the stress of tax season, Jeanne is your person!
Jeanne has been doing our taxes for the past couple of years. She is so knowledgeable and makes the tax season so much less stressful for us since our taxes got a bit more complicated with trusts and LLC's. She is friendly, personable and outgoing. She has a great sense of humor and loves her fur babies.
Like so many others, my husband and I have trusted our personal and business taxes to Jeanne, for years! Besides being very personable and down to earth, she is smart as a whip, processes everything on time, gives us advice regarding maximizing any refunds, and, most importantly for me, gives explicit instructions so I can't mess it up. She has a wide breadth of experience in every type of tax situation. We'll stay with her for as long as we have to file taxes (forever!).
After having to find a new CPA on short notice we found Jeanne and she jumped right in being very patient and helpful for our tax and accounting needs and helped us uncomplicate our taxes. Anytime I have a question she responds quickly. She has been great to work with, and has taught us a lot, I would highly recommend her.
Been using Jeanne since April 2024 to handle the taxes and payroll for the business. I was in the middle of switching from LLC to S-Corp, and had no clue of the additional tax paperwork that would need to be done. Jeanne is very responsive to questions, and very attentive to detail. I was using Quickbooks for my payroll services before switching over to Jeanne, and what a nightmare Quickbooks was with filing documents on time. Much cheaper too! Highly recommend Jeanne for Accounting/Payroll and Taxes!
