She's been great with my taxes for my family and for my small business. She's very prompt with email and ensures I am on top of any paperwork I need for the IRS. I asked Jeanne to help with my deceased mother’s taxes. My 1200.00 quote continued to increase. When I asked for clarification and understanding I got none just more communication that did not add any clarity to the issue. This was then followed by an email stating she was withdrawing from doing my taxes and assured me there is more to be done.
