Usually I come to this location because it’s on my way home from work. And normally I have great customer service skills received. Today was not! Like one of those days. I went in for some quarters to do laundry and one of the girls was having a bad day. Decided to size me up and roll her eyes. If I didn’t have kids to raise. Thank god the lord is with me now a days. The old me could’ve never!
The environment is impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the customer service is exceptional.

Terrrrrible customer service. The rudest lady I’ve ever talked to. They changed the app around to make it look like you have more in your account than all of a sudden a bunch of pending things hit at once and overdraft. I’ve looked on a Friday and had planet fitness post and they took the money. On Sunday all of a sudden I look and the same transaction is now pending and about to overdraft. They make sure to make it as hard as possible to keep track of your money so they can take 30 dollar fees over and over. They also will ... read more
