Been with Jeanne D'arc for over 28 years . I can't recommend them anymore. They cost me $100. That isn't a place where I want to put my money. They cost me money and they didn't give a hoot. They've gotten too big, they no longer care about their customers. I stand behind what I said. You cost me$100. And didn't care. Your response is damage control. Jeanne D'arc did this a few years ago, too. Turned into a bank. They got rid of that guy but didn't learn anything. My name is right in front of you. I know when I'm being bs'd.

Their HELOC product is the worst - you should definitely go elsewhere if that’s what you’re interested in, and here’s why. They recently implemented an electronic transfer limit of $5,000 per transfer in/out per day/week with an additional limit of $10,000 per month per transfer in/out. So if you want to take out $15,000 to pay for something, you’re out of luck! You would have to wait a month to do this! These people should be better trained when it comes to auto loans and the RMV for MA residents with an out of state ID. Complete waste of time! After approving an auto loan they tell me they won’t finish the loan even after providing them with a copy of my MA residence. What a joke!
