I’ve been a member for over ten years and recently encountered an issue with overdraft fees after a holiday delayed my paycheck. Because the bank offers early pay on Wednesdays while my actual paycheck date is Thursday, the holiday timing caused several autopay transactions to overdraft. I kindly requested a fee refund, but they refused and even suggested I ask my employer to reimburse charges that the bank imposed which didn’t seem appropriate since the early-pay arrangement is a service provided by the bank, not my employe... read more
I’ve tried calling five different times within the past week and I’ve been put on hold listening to God awful music when you guys have my new address in Wisconsin and yet you’ve locked my account to where I cannot login to the app which means I have no funds which means just another bank who wants to screw me over Please call me back within the next three business days. Or I will be closing my account and taking my business elsewhere. not happy with the service of this credit union.
