I’ve tried calling five different times within the past week and I’ve been put on hold listening to God awful music when you guys have my new address in Wisconsin and yet you’ve locked my account to where I cannot login to the app which means I have no funds which means just another bank who wants to screw me over Please call me back within the next three business days. Or I will be closing my account and taking my business elsewhere. not happy with the service of this credit union.

I was in and out quickly with no issues. Love JDCU bank. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this location
My card was hacked and I was out of state and been on hold combined for 5 hours yet to speak to a LIVE person. I wouldn’t choose this bank again .
The people at front desk are very rude and disrespectful and shouldn’t be working there
