Today I toured Jeanne Coleman Support Annex in preparation for my nephew Angel’s first day of school on Monday, 9/22/25, and I left feeling hopeful and grateful. From the moment I arrived, Mr. Washington, Angel’s new teacher, and his two teacher aides showed outstanding care and preparation. Just yesterday, I had sent Mr. Washington pictures of items Angel enjoys and keeps in his room.
