The Self-Care Yoga Therapy Workshop provided such a welcoming and safe environment. Jeanette’s soothing voice and deep knowledge were evident throughout. I left the studio feeling completely nourished—better than a day at the spa!
Very peaceful experience here. Jeanette is lovely, knowledgeable and has such a welcoming practice. The space is very calming, and has a lot to offer, will definitely be going back!
