The Self-Care Yoga Therapy Workshop provided such a welcoming and safe environment. Jeanette’s soothing voice and deep knowledge were evident throughout. I left the studio feeling completely nourished—better than a day at the spa!
Working with Jeanette was so helpful and enlightening. Her kindness allowed me to feel safe to share what I needed, while her knowledge helped guide me towards practices and foods that would help my health journey. Her presence alone is so healing, let alone all of the wisdom she shared! I’m truly grateful to know her and to have worked with her.
Jeanette was my Ayurvedic postpartum doula and I'm so so grateful for her support. She has a very grounding, nurturing energy that my baby and I really needed during that time. Her hands are healing magic and the bodywork she provided made such a difference in my recovery, physically and emotionally. I highly recommend her!!
Jeanette is a wonderful teacher, mentor, and friend. We met a few years ago and the breadth and depth of her knowledge always leaves me in awe. She knows so much about how the body works and best practices to help us heal holistically--both for her clients and to other yoga / wellness professionals she mentors. She also has a very kind, open heart and soothing voice that puts everyone around her at ease. I feel very lucky to know her and continue to learn from her, she's the best.
Jeanette was very nice and super Zen with more education and skill than I was hoping for making me certain I will see her again in a month for a different type massage This was my first app’t with Jeanette.
