I decided to do an extension..they did my taxes for a few years..I explained that to them ..when I called back to speak with my tax person Claudia...they ghost me...probably because they didn't get my money. Wouldn't answer my calls...No return call.. Frustrated I learned to do my own taxes an got back money quickly...I always had to pay when they did my taxes... I thank them for being unprofessional and inconsiderate...now I don't need them !!

I’ve been waiting on my taxes from them for 5 months now. You email them no answer. Eventually call them they confirmed everything with you but still I have not received anything yet; this was a month ago. Yesterday I called again a lady told me to look out for an email later today and nothing was sent. Very disappointed.
