Did not provide receipt for amortization of my house after 8 months and still waiting..
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Mr. Pigeon is retired. The office is not run as it was under Mr. Pigeon's careful consideration. On August 2021 - made contact and was told the work would be done in September 2021. Then I was told it would be November 2021. Then it was January 2022. On June 7th 2022 they couldn't even give me an update on the file. After months of waiting, I couldn't even get a call back. I would avoid this circus of an office.

I would agree with the previous review, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I'm still waiting for them to forward my funds from the sale of a property 15 days ago. After contacting them, (they never contacted me), I was told that I should receive payment by next week. Assuming the payment arrives then, that's 21 days to provide payment on the sale of a property! I was told they mailed the payment to the wrong address.
