I was in town for my 2 year anniversary and scheduled a couple of treatments for myself as a little treat. I did run into a conflict with one of my services due to a health condition of my own, and EVERYONE in the salon worked to help accommodate me. I was unable to do one of my scheduled treatments and as a result, the staff worked to help me get 3 additional treatments in place of the one I could not get.
