I always have the most fabulous massage from Elizabeth. If she ever leaves, I will be lost. My facials have been less than satisfactory until THIS TIME, with Sophie! One of the best facials I have ever had. Perfect!
Seeing these negative reviews I am surprised. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. My husband and I were there for massages. It was very peaceful and serene. And the massage was great. Highly recommend for massages.
Ehhh. I don't know it was ok I guess although I typically go to Korean spas where when you get a scrub its just an entirely different experience. This was more of a private setting which I would recommend for gals who are more shy and prefer a more private uppity setting. Zero stars if we could and would highly recommend that you stay away from here. Wife went here for a cut/color, manicure and pedicure. What a disaster! If she could give zero stars, she would. The employees were nice and polite but lacked the necessary skills, expertise and/or experience to provide a professional service. First, the hair stylist- Wife showed the hair stylist a photo of her with the cut and color she wanted as well as describing how she wanted and was promptly ignored. Enjoyed my visit, great atmosphere, vibe was relaxed and Mark was very professional, informative and engaging. Making sure to stop in for another pedi when we return.
