I used to file my tax 1099 with this office for 2 years and I used their service because the company I work for they do their taxes so that why I used their services. This is year it's a very poor service and this what happen: I didn't get my 1099 form just before 5 days before April 15 ! I am sorry that Mr. ***** does not understand the tax system. First, it is not my responsibility to get his 1099 to him - it is the company that he worked for. We have prepared 1099s for that company but did not get any numbers from them until April. Next, this information that he needed to file his return should have been in his records anyway. As for my office not returning phone calls etc. He was informed that we would not be able to get the actual return prepared by the deadline due to the high volume of returns already... read more
