This lawyer had made a big mistake in my case with out my consent and did not help me instead made my situation worse with no regard to fixing his mistake. Then he does not answer my calls just as the other reviews said. I asked multiple times for a call back to see what is going on with my case that is time sensitive with no call back and wasted valuable time. They give decent services up until you are done paying them. Right after you finish the last payment they stop showing interest, stop responding to phone calls and emails and stop providing services you actually paid for. I hold the emails as proof of what I say. If you hire them, make sure you don't pay the full amount until the totality of services has been fulfilled, otherwise you will be dissatisfied and left hanging. Jean Baptiste & Associates is excellent, and I recommend them highly. They're very personable, professional, and explain the law clearly and concisely. The fees are fair and well earned. I feel fortunate that I was able to retain their services, and I was well represented by them
