And we have been going to Jean for many years. We are completely satisfied with the service. Yes there are dogs but it's like going into someone's home. Not bothersome to me at all
Very bad at what they do. I went through a fire in 2018 and they had said they knew how to work with fire settlements and they called me about 50 times asking me what so and so meant. I don’t know lady that’s why I came to you , if I knew how to do my taxes by myself i wouldn’t be here. Then charged me $180 and the service wasn’t even worth that given I had to do my taxes pretty much all by myself. PLEASE don't go with Jackie. She SCREWED me over claiming that I earned more than I really did on my taxes. She claimed that I didn't give her papereork that I know for a fact I did. She lies a lot. And she screwed over my mother in law. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & UNTRUSTWORTHY.
