Defintely No! Please do not waste money with this company…I had a worst quality power zebra blinds which are just 2 and half years old and those are not working anymore, I thought it’s a faulty piece and called the company and gentleman came then replaced saying that it’s a brand new motor( he diagnosed it as motor failure) and charged me $75 which I was ok with, in just 2 weeks again the same problem. Now when I requested him back, they saying we will charge you the full amount which $200.I was reluctant to get the service ... read more
We first tried to install blinds ourselves and were quickly humbled. Then reached out to Joon and we were soon texting. He was very communicative and clear with all the numbers from the beginning. The installation was effortless, and I couldn't have asked for anything more. Will be reaching out to Joon again for any of our window needs.
I just had our media room and play room plantation shutters installed by JDX. They did excellent job!!!! Big cheers to owner Joon! His professionalism was beyond my expectation!!! I used B blinds which is the national chain before for the other room windows, JDX is another class. I am super satitisfied with JDX
I won’t recommend this shutters business for any my friends, my neighbors cause the owner had really worst customer services ever. He mad with his customers when he came to fix shutters, and even me say sorry for some late to open door for him. For a successful business owner, you should Understand how important is the customer services and how to treat others respected and nice.
Best price and service we found in the Katy area. We love our blinds! Joon was friendly, experienced and take great pride in his company. He gave sound suggestions as we chose which products to go for without being pushy and we enjoyed our interaction with him.
