IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! Our experience with this medical transportation company has been extremely disappointing. The drivers routinely drop patients off by simply pushing them through the door and leaving — with no assistance getting checked in or making sure they’re settled safely. Many of our patients, some elderly or with limited mobility, end up waiting alone and confused. Driver didn't secure my wheelchair in van, or give me a seatbelt. Was trying to stay put on my wheelchair brakes alone kept rolling into the back of his seat, was a 40 minute ride so not a short trip. They don't care about patients safety, it's rush, rush, rush. 3 hour wait for scheduled pick up from Dr appt. I will not ride with them again! This is the worse company to use for any kind of transportation. They drop off clients and lie , you be there for hours waiting for return trip. Everyone should request them not for transportation when you schedule. He doesn’t need any business because his company doesn’t care about the prople
