I was impressed with the selection of different items - all hand-made by artisans there in the store, but even more impressed by the way they run their business. My friend had purchased a really cool purse made by then at the Western At Museum over a year ago, and a leather strap on it had broken recently. We stopped because she wanted to see if they could repair it. Great service excellent re sole of my riding boots! Totally and completely satisfied.
I did what I was supposed to do and read comments about this place first. They know how to do boots! My favorite pair of boots were so worn that I wore holes in the bottoms. They fix these perfectly. As soon as I got them, I put them on. I was talking to my friend about getting my boots from them. I mentioned that this particular pair of boots, rains king, in all of my boots.
