It seems that JDS Express is going out of business this date (April 28/2023) My order from Costco is now in limbo as Kevin at JDS told me all items in their warehouse are being removed and he knows not where to.
The most disgusting company I have dealt with to-date. Failed to deliver on the date as indicated by Home Depot. Had to call them to schedule the delivery date and was given a time between 8am and 4pm as they clearly think people in Belleville are all unemployed. I happened to be at home but nobody rang the doorbell, or called to inform me of the delivery . The big heavy box was left in my driveway even though it was raining. I just want to say that if I need to ship or receive anything, I hope that JDS Express is involved. Jen is so easy to deal with and she worked hard to make it convenient for us, and then the driver - well, what can I say about that fella? He was just the best, kindest, easiest person to have deliver a load of top-heavy, pallet-wrapped cabinets, that ever drove in our lane. What a prize!! Thanks to JDS Express for a job well done!
