I have called multiple times because I’m interested in renting a limousine for an special event, and my calls keep getting hung up on. This is completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. As a potential customer trying to book a service, I expect basic respect and communication. You should improve your customer service by properly answering calls or providing another reliable way to book services, because ignoring customers will only hurt your business

I recently had a fantastic limo ride experience! From the plush leather seats and ambient lighting to the professional chauffeur and complimentary refreshments , everything was perfect. Whether it's a night out or a special event, I highly recommend this service for a truly elegant ride.

I recently used this limousine service for a special event, and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. From start to finish, everything was top-notch. Firstly, booking with them was a breeze. Their team was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. They made sure to understand my needs and preferences, and they tailored the service accordingly. Driver was on time and inside of the vehicle was clean. However, the driver was dressed in a hoodie and pants, he had to unroll his window to unlock his door, he did not open the door for us or help with our luggage. There was a ton of stuff thrown in his trunk so there was no room to put our luggage. We kindly asked him to put the heat on 3 times and he didn’t even respond because he had AirPods in. Unfortunately this will be our last time using this service.
