Always stellar service at JD Tool Repair. I've been returning/renting uhauls from this location for the last 6-7 years, and it's always a positive experience.

Beware of doing an 'after hours' uhaul rental -- we had a hell of a time with their self-service lockboxes and were unable to get into the one we'd been designated to get the keys. Majorly screwed up our moving plans, and was a big waste of 1/2 our Sunday. Uhaul was unhelpful over the phone... and when I called JD Tool on Mon the guy was pretty unapologetic, claiming that aside from the lock being 'a little stiff' it works perfectly fine. Brought my Milwaukee 12 volt in for repair. They told me it had been taken apart, and I know my employee had must've tried to fix it and said it was just jammed. The gentlemen there took it apart and put it back together right and wouldn't charge me for it!!! Reminds me of the good old days when people gave everyone their best and not only because it meant $$$, like it now does in most places. Thanks so much. I wish I lived closer as the Hardware assortment was terrific!!! 5 Stars!!!
