I was in there today with my boyfriend and a metal rallying fell on top of me. There was 3 workers all talking and one of them seen it didn’t say sorry or are u okay or anything then he slowly walked over to me to get it off me. Seriously tho if he would have went any slower he would have been going backwards. Anyway why is a heavy metal railing failing in the first place?
Just wanted to say I went into the jd in whitewater to pick up a parcel and there was such a friendly girl on tills her name was Taylor such a nice girl !
You’re basically paying €7 for them to deliver your order to their own store, and then you still have to travel there and collect it yourself. I understand paying for home delivery, but charging almost the same amount for Click & Collect makes absolutely no sense. Really disappointing.
Very bad experiance Extremely poor and unprofessional customer service at this Newbridge store. I spent time selecting a pair of shoes, but when I went to the till to pay, the staff member literally took the shoes I had chosen and handed them to someone else right in front of me. Unbelievable treatment. They completely waste your time and treat customers like fools. Avoid this shop.
