The shoes that were on display didn't have my size 10.5 in stock. They didn't have my daughter's size 7y either. Total goose hunt
Very disappointed we came back to school shopping with our kids it was 826pm store shows it closes at 9pm . Doors were shut people still inside. Business hour’s state 9pm. Very disappointing will be taking my business back to Del Amo
Customer service is a thing of the past which is why I stick to online shopping. I’m in the market for some new shoes and I was excited to see a JD location here since I’m not from the area. I walked in mid morning on a weekday so only 1 other customer is there checking out. 2 employees behind the desk and 1 on the floor. I am seen & not greeted. Okay, whatever. This was my first purchase from the JD Carson location and it was a great experience. The Manager Chris helped me, I went in for a particular shoe and he was very knowledgeable and straight up. He made me feel comfortable about my purchase and gave me a great deal! Thank you Chris I’ll definitely be sending my folks to you and I’ll be back as well :)
