Customer service is a thing of the past which is why I stick to online shopping. I’m in the market for some new shoes and I was excited to see a JD location here since I’m not from the area. I walked in mid morning on a weekday so only 1 other customer is there checking out. 2 employees behind the desk and 1 on the floor. I am seen & not greeted. Okay, whatever. This was my first purchase from the JD Carson location and it was a great experience. The Manager Chris helped me, I went in for a particular shoe and he was very knowledgeable and straight up. He made me feel comfortable about my purchase and gave me a great deal! Thank you Chris I’ll definitely be sending my folks to you and I’ll be back as well :)
Went into JD sports with my coworker for the first time to look around and was able to find my son a pair of shoes for less than $25! Such a good price and Noah was able to help me out with getting his size. I will becoming back to find a pair for myself.
