I went in on Wednesday with my kids and the young hispanic manager was more worried about his phone than he was helping his customers. He was just standing at the front on his phone the whole time while the manager, Allie, was helping everyone in the store. She was more than helpful, she was bringing my shoes out in a great time, and even saved me $20 with their rewards program. Only giving them a 1 star because of that young Hispanic manager that was rude.
I went to this store to return a UNused pair of shoes that I had already exchanged once because they still were not working for my daughter. The young female manager was very unhelpful and refused to refund the purchase back to my original payment method, only offering store credit instead. I contacted customer service while I was there, and they told her that I should be refunded and advised me to come back and speak with another manager. Loved this place. Great deals and had an amazing experience. Cris was great even when I was very indecisive. 10/10 will be back.
