I bought a pair of shoes yesterday as a gift and came back today to exchange them because the size was wrong. When I tried to make the exchange, the store manager was incredibly rude; she started claiming the shoes were dirty, which wasn't true. I told her otherwise, but she was very rude and refused to accept the return. Don't buy anything here—the staff and service are horrible. I went there after 2 hours to pick up my order, but it wasn’t ready. Okay. Then I received a notification that my order was ready at 8:16. I went back to the store and arrived at 8:40, but they didn’t let me in to pick up my shoes. Why would you confirm my order if you’re going to close 20 minutes before 9:00 PM? The store is supposed to be open until 9 PM. Why would you confirm the order? I’ve been buying shoes here often, but this will be the last time
Lexie was very kind and helpful. she went above and beyond to help us look for shoes in other stores. if u need help i would definitely ask for Lexie !
