Worst visit of my entire life. All workers are all “hanging out” around the whole store in groups as if it’s a middle school recess. Nobody acknowledges the customers AT ALL. You have to hunt someone down to help you and once they do help you they get all irritated because you ask for help. They bring you a shoe and walk away and you have to go find them to get help AGAIN cause I’m still not done. Everyone is so rude. The darker guy with the braids told me he was giving me a discount to get me to purchase something and when it was all rang up I ended up paying regular price and they did not give me my change counted the money wiry they're back towards me very disappointed and they also cussed at me
Very rude and holding shoes lying about sizes to give to their personal friends.
Horrible service by cashier Chantel. All the young employees working were very nice and understanding but Chantel was horrible. She was very rude and was the cashier that forgot to check the shoe box making sure the customer had both pairs of shoes. We purchased some shoes for a birthday gift and we only received one shoe when we were on our way to a birthday party. We had to drive all the way back to JD’s with only 10 minutes till closing.
