Great experience at JD Sports! Friendly and helpful staff, clean store, and a great selection of sneakers and sportswear. Everything was well organized, and I found exactly what I needed. Definitely coming back again!
I had a bad experience with the team leader today dated 11.12.25. I guess he shouldn’t be a leader or shop manager or whatever he is, as he doesn’t know how to look after his customers. I purchased few things a day before however we went by today and decided to get few more stuff. He was rude and wasn’t even listening to request I made. I do appreciate the other team member named Rosa, she looked after us pretty well. I guess she should be promoted to his post otherwise all the customers will run away soon. Very pleasant experience with Rosa she was able to assist us during our purchase, store was fairly busy during the time we went so delays did happen.
The establishment's loud music and inadequate service, compounded by the absence of readily available staff to address customer needs, are areas requiring immediate attention.
Great store with a wide variety of top brands like Nike and Puma. They offer stylish casual wear at discounted prices, plus an extra 10% off when you sign up on their website. Totally worth visiting!
