I came in to look for shoes and was never greeted. She was behind a pillar scrolling on her phone. When my sister asked for help finding a size, her attitude made it seem like we were bothering her. After I had already tried on four pairs, she finally mentioned she could grab a different size. It felt like us trying on shoes was an inconvenience.

Was in there Monday night and the staff was very rude and was just buy theses and if they don’t fit just bring them back they refused to let me use the fitting room I get it that they where about to close but they lost a sales because they wouldn’t let just try on a pair of pants that would take a minute or less and i thought the staff member was a little rude. I would put no stars if I could

Absolutely horrible customer service. I was the only one in the store with a staff of at least 4 working. No one greeted me and I stood at the wall just waiting for someone to help. When someone finally saw me and made eye contact I watched them then argue between themselves on who would help me. I was more shocked than anything that not one had any pride in what they do. Service has always been bad but tonight felt more personal to me. Just don't understand why management doesn't correct these behavior issues.

Kaylie the girl upfront on black Friday told everyone outside that black cats were being release just to find out they weren’t in the store. There were multiple ppl outside waiting because she told them they were being sold not raffled and she answered so disrespectful and she’s always like that I just never caught her name until that day. Jd needs to do better with there lazy employees that’s have horrible attitude like you apply to work there deal with it never will I come to this location again. Want shoes? Go elseware. They are so worried about you stealing shoes they fail to notice when someone walked right out with a shirt and pants. I asked how am I supposed to pay 180 dollars for shoes I ain't even tried on? They give me one, telling me I can switch to the other side meanwhile I'm walking like I got a limp. Dumbest corporate policy ever, will not be gracing this store again and honestly I hope it closes if this is the level of service I am given.
