I was the wrong color in the checkout, and they didnt want to help me. EDIT: Gave them another shot. They blew it. Asked for help trying on some shoes and they just looked at me and walked away. Horrible store. Horrible employees. Do better.
May 2026! Pay close attention when making a payment at the JD Sports store in the Town Center in Kennesaw: the sneakers were marked at a price of $80, but when scanned at the register, the amount charged was $145! The salesperson somehow managed to vanish from inside the store, and the cashier simply said, "Sorry." Thank goodness there are other stores with better prices and excellent customer service!
