Check you receipts and make sure they are pricing sale items at the sale price! They literally had 15 of yhe same shirts on this clearance rack priced buy one get one half off. One manger said the shirts didnt belong on that rack (mind you theres 15 of em on it. When approaching another manager, she goes to say the sign doesnt belong there. But didn't move it even after saying it was a mistake.) They're at fault for false advertisement and refused to make it right. Straight attitudes. Double check your items at check out!
I was the wrong color in the checkout, and they didnt want to help me. EDIT: Gave them another shot. They blew it. Asked for help trying on some shoes and they just looked at me and walked away. Horrible store. Horrible employees. Do better.
May 2026! Pay close attention when making a payment at the JD Sports store in the Town Center in Kennesaw: the sneakers were marked at a price of $80, but when scanned at the register, the amount charged was $145! The salesperson somehow managed to vanish from inside the store, and the cashier simply said, "Sorry." Thank goodness there are other stores with better prices and excellent customer service! I had a great experience with this retail sales employee. They were friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome right away.
