UNSAFE place, violent language and horrible, absolutely horrible customer service! I advise to NOT shop there, ever.
I went to return an item at around 7 the receipt was in the bag. The cashier was took the sweatpants out the bag in a rush and must’ve dropped the receipt because after he asked me for the receipt after I checked 3 times before entering the store to make sure it was in the bag. He then proceeded to embarrass me and move things that were no where near the bag and tried to ask me then where is it. Manager is super chill!
The manager of the store (white lady with blonde hair) is really rude and aggressive for a store this small and with very little options. Super disappointed.
The return policy is 45 days but dont listen to that the true policy is as long as they dont leave the box they will take them back. Tried on a pair of shoes in the store got a little dirt on the bottom of them and then tried them one more time at home managed to get more uncomfortable so I took them back and was told they couldn't take them even though they were worn for a total of like 2 minutes between the store and my house.
