The return policy is 45 days but dont listen to that the true policy is as long as they dont leave the box they will take them back. Tried on a pair of shoes in the store got a little dirt on the bottom of them and then tried them one more time at home managed to get more uncomfortable so I took them back and was told they couldn't take them even though they were worn for a total of like 2 minutes between the store and my house. Terrible experience with my son. Workers were rude, didn't acknowledge us, no customer service, barely wanted to help us get the correct size, bad vibes, terrible energy in the store...people spend their hard earned cash in here because it is not cheap! It's time to learn a little bit of customer service etiquette. Hate this store, I always have. Will not be back!
The female manager with long hair is always super helpful and welcoming. She always has the best customer service!
These place is out of control with the new workers. I was in there walking around no one ask me if I needed help. The lady who use to work the cash registers always did .The manger even have a attitude talking crazy the workers and she not doing her job .
