Mehki was awesome, best customer service! He was very helpful with my son and just overall the sweetest personality ever! I called and let the store manager (Adam) know that he definitely has a great employee! 10/10
Great selection of shoes. But the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced Found a pair of shoes I wanted (with no help from anyone) proceeded to flag someone down for me to get a size and pay. Then at checkout all the employees proceeded to argue for five minutes on who was gonna check me out. Ended up leaving without the shoes. Definitely better places to purchase sneakers in Lubbock
