I waited 20 minutes for shoes after placing orders with two separate salesman and the manager. Never saw a pair of shoes from any of them, and ended up trying on a couple pairs off the wall that I didn’t really like. I’m just gonna go back to ordering off the internet, and I’d recommend you do the same.
The service is terrible and the atmosphere is super unwelcoming. Left immediately after asking for help. The response I was given was unprofessional and they had no willingness to help.
Awful customer service. Didn't even attempt to assist in my problem, and told me the shoes I was returning were "Dirty as (explative)" when they had only been worn to try on, which means I was sold dirty and pre-used shoes. I have already begun solving my problem online, and never returning to this store or most likely any JD store in the future .
