Lady was just rude with me over the phone for the shattered backboards. The young lady told me she doesn’t know in a rude tone than told me to call around. The customer service at these shoe places are a joke.
Store opened 2 days ago, I grabbed some Jordan’s I really have been wanting, staff was super friendly helped me find an outfit too. This was my first time at JD, will be coming again
Terrible transition from Finish Line!!! I could make a list of all the horrid experiences I had with 3 transactions. Management stepped in yet it STILL went awful because the merge has not been smooth. Lastlt, id you buy online from FL, you gotta find JD Sports for a return
