bad attitude for a man who is in checkout. I back their store for twice and want to get the Valentines one. They didn’t willing to give me both side to try on and ignore my words until I said I would buy it. Strongly recommended you guys to other stores. The worst attitude I ever experienced in store. If I can’t try on why should I go to your store?

I came in with an issue with an Instacart order. They stayed calm and cool even though I was already frustrated after Instacart/brand customer service were unhelpful. They were great advocating for me on the phone to JD’s customer service and we were able to work it out. Moral of the story: Skip Instacart. It’s worth a trip to the store. They’ll treat you right.

Customer service at this location is consistently terrible, employees are rude when asked for help. One employee in particular has been disrespectful on multiple visits of mine, during my most recent visit, he snatched a shoe from my family member when she asked for a size. Overall, the experience is uncomfortable and disappointing.

terrible service.I asked to see the shoes, but even with four staff, no one get them for me. If you don’t want to sell, you should close the store.
