Favorite store had awesome sales and great selection.
Very rude employees. It’s like they try and avoid you when you need help. I wanted to buy a few pair of shoes. Nope
We came in and Allen and his team were so helpful. Great place!
Worst customer service I have had, EVER! During my purchase the credit card machine shut off and I was told that it did not run my card and that this happens sometimes . Well, I checked my bank app and it showed I had in fact been charged. When I showed them the person helping named Lola said she would call her customer service line. Went in the back room and was gone for a while. When she came back she said they had canceled the transaction and would issue me a refund.
