Visited the store today to exchange a pair of shoes and ended up leaving with three new pair! Zakia was the absolute best! Very helpful and friendly!
It was a great shopping experience The staff there are very helpful and very polite I would recommend this store.
Update to previous post, was recently made aware that store management let one of their supervisor/managers from the Ashland Ky location go. I was always treated with great respect from this now former employee. I have also learned that this was done against all fair labor practices. Please be aware if you work there loyalty is terrible. Years of dedication mean nothing to some.
