I recently visited this location to get my son sneakers for school. I was immediately greeted and had all of my needs promptly and efficiently handled. I honestly felt like a super star. The store manager should be very proud of not only their team but themself as well. The customer service I received is certainly a reflection of the leadership there. This will be the only store I patronize when buying sneakers. Top notch. 10/10 highly recommend.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service First and Last Visit This was our first time shopping at this store, and unfortunately, it will be our last. My husband wanted to try a pair of black and white shoes in both size 10 and 11 to determine which fit and look better. Instead of offering normal customer service, one of the black female employees made a rude comment along the lines of, “i don’t think it’s your size’ and my husband said yes it’s not and she said ‘If you know that’s not your size, why did you try it?” We initi... read more
