I ordered these shoes and they were delivered this past week. Finish line sent me worn and dirty shoes. One thing I will not do is not be satisfied with my purchase for whatever reason. I was livid that I had to be inconvenienced twice once with worn, filthy $200 shoes. Secondly with the JD store Southaven Mississippi, Manager shawn insulting me. Asking me why did I not call customer care to alert them of my problem and saying because customer care is not open on Sunday that I could not return them for a refund. I have never... read more
I absolutely love this store it's perfect for me and the kids. I worked sales person 0438618 I forgot his name but he was absolutely amazing helping me find the right shoes for my children I'd definitely recommend seeing him 10/10
