This store is horrible. I went there at 5pm on June 1, 2026 at 5pm and a large employee with dreads thrrow my my shoes in front of me in a very rude manner. I was in the store about 45 mins before anyone even talk to me. I do respect Mr khalia. He was professional and respectful. The rest of staff were very unprofessional.
Standing outside of it and it's closed. But should be open....
I will never go back to this store and I urge all to stay away. I like my sneakers and when a big release rolls around I don't mind standing in line for 3 hours for my pair. What I do mind is being told that everyone in line will get a pair and we just have to wait our turn only to find out they have been sold out for the past hour and a half. I went to JD Sports for Black Friday shopping, and unfortunately, it was my very first—and most likely my last—visit. From the moment I stepped inside, I already sensed something was off. No one seemed welcoming or willing to engage. I wasn’t looking for assistance with shopping, but a simple warm greeting, the kind you’d expect in most stores, would have made a difference.
