JD Sports is a great store with a clean and modern layout, friendly staff, and good-quality products. However, the selection is quite limited – especially when it comes to certain sizes and styles. It would be even better if they expanded their range, as the overall shopping experience is very pleasant. Still, a nice place to find trendy sportswear and footwear.
I found a new pair of Sambas here and the service was great! The guy who helped me was very helpful and the girl who checked me out was so kind and fun to talk to!
I came into JD last night and although it was busy since it was tax free weekend, you can tell the employees were working hard to help the customers. Thank you to Gigi (I think that’s what she said her name was, she has red hair) who found my shoe and checked me out at the register. She is very sweet and can help you out fast!! I will be back here soon!!!
The service was great and helpful. The store manager greeted me and my husband in and he was pleasant. If you want a shoe found fast ask the store manager who wears glasses or the short red head girl. She was very sweet, she found me and my husband’s shoes fast and rung us out at the register. It only took us 10-15 minutes to get in and out of the store. Very much recommend! And will be back soon!
