I’ve been shopping at JD Sports for a while, and one of the biggest reasons I keep coming back is Kareem. He went above and beyond to help me—not only picking out great clothes, but also getting me into an open fitting room and giving me his honest opinion on everything I tried on. The staff were quite rude and acted like serving customers was a burden. It really felt like they were annoyed every time someone asked for something, which made the experience unpleasant.
This is hands down my favorite store on the Promenade. EVERYYYY TIME I walk in - my queen “Miss New York” greets me like family. A few minutes later Roman is helping me find something I didn’t even know I needed, and Kareem always makes sure I’m taken care of before I leave.
