This is hands down my favorite store on the Promenade. EVERYYYY TIME I walk in - my queen “Miss New York” greets me like family. A few minutes later Roman is helping me find something I didn’t even know I needed, and Kareem always makes sure I’m taken care of before I leave. This is the worst store. I told them my size, but they gave me the wrong one. I was in a hurry, so I took it and put it on, and only later noticed it was one size smaller. I brought it back and explained that it was their mistake, but they refused to take it back. I do not recommend this store at all. The staff are rude and inexperienced.
Terrible staff, barely anybody in the store and took 15+ mins to try a shoe, ended up leaving before shoe came
Suck and rude
Absolutely zero customer service skills. Disinterested staff. Pretty much the worst shopping experience in LA/Santa Monica. My son spent quite a bit of money here and I’m absolutely livid with the arrogant staff that work here.
