The reviews on here are as accurate as they can be. Rude employees, who seem to be working for free. I spent around $400 and when I asked for me to sit to wear my shoes out they told me to go outside on the bench that they were closing although they started playing "basketball" when I left out. My son has always loved buying from this store. My wife went to exchange not return a $150 pair of pants. Employee accused her of returning a used item and informed her they could not accept the return even though she had a receipt. This store has lost my business and I will drive to the DFW to get shoes and pants. I will also keep purchasing Hibbets. People don’t waster your time on this ride store. They just want your money. That is it.

Went in to buy a pair of shoes today, the music was so loud that I could barely communicate with the salesperson. When I asked about it I was directed to the manager who was very curt and rude and refused to address the volume issue, I fact I think the level increased after mentioning it. Definitely will not be returning to shop at this store.
Never buy these pair of Vapor Air Max. I have had this pair for 3 months and the Assistance Manager told me that it looks like normal wear. For a 210 dollar pair of shoes you would think they would last a lot longer that 3 months. Please don't waste your money on these shoes.
