I had a great experience in your store today. Staff was very helpful and polite. I'll definitely be purchasing all my shoe's here from now on.
Not a single employee in the entire store worried about customers. Lines out the door, people waiting to try on shoes and the staff are hanging out goofing around & waiting to be approached while one register is open. So many people putting things back and leaving due to the lack of customer service. Horrible experience.
We shop in JD twice this year . And the pass years as well. Few months ago 1,500 and then 600 this month. Are treatment happened at the checkout. Slim light skin african american young lady . It seem like she wasn't in a good mood at all . Very nasty disposition like she didn't want to be there . We had a problem with the way the clothes was being handled .
