I just left the store and Amy and Kalab were amazing. Their customer service was truly outstanding and I havent seen that in a while. Amy was very sweet, helpful, and made me feel alright at home ! Kalab was showing me all the cool mew shoes and recommended a few shoe cleaners as well. 10/10 service. I will be coming back !
Cons: Customer service was awful. A bunch of kids running this place. No one greets you when you walk in. I purchased 3 pairs of shoes and some pants - they ended up selling me the wrong pair. Went back to return the item and the girl insisted on finishing up her argument with a coworker right in front of me before she even cared to look my direction. Me atendieron muy bien
Today I went and I knew what shoes i wanted before i came in but i had to wait almost 20 minutes before someone got me the shoes because 2 workers were chatting it up with some of their friends while on the job. One of the dudes was next to me for 15 min talking to his friend about some random stuff after I had asked him for help and he said “give me one moment” like bro can you just grab my shoes.
