The JD by H&M its January 8th, time is around 6pm, There is a young lady that works there that is super rude, and accused my son of wearing a shoe that was too small for him and I was just trying to change the size, fine it’s one thing to accuse but being rude about it was very unnecessary and very disrespectful, and I didn’t appreciate it! Don’t waste your time at JDs very unprofessional!

The worst experience ever!!! Cashier was flirting with some customers while us, the real customers were waiting for 10 minutes. After asking the lady cashier if she can just process the payment, she was rude and said that we have to wait in line. There was nobody else but us?! The fake customer in front of us was not having any merchandise with them?!?! Unacceptable behavior by the staff! Dropped the item and walked away to Dicks Sporting goods and purchased it over there with a polite cashier!!!
