Good store, amazing products but it is always sooooooo hot in that store when I enter. The staff is super attentive though which makes up for the irritation with the air conditioning, but definitely suggest having something fixed.
i went to get some shoes for gradbash, unsure of what i want. there is a worker nick that immediately helped and got me right. for a last minute purchase he definitely came through!! good customer service.

I purchased a pair of Nike calm slides for my son on March 18, 2026. Within just a few days of normal wear, they were already damaged. I returned to the store on March 25 expecting a reasonable solution, but was told nothing could be done because I didn’t have the original box. I then contacted customer service and received the exact same response—no help, no flexibility, no accountability.
