Two weeks ago, I bought my boyfriend a pair of shoes for our anniversary, and they were not the ones I ordered. He tried them on for about 10 minutes to see if he liked them, and nothing happened to the shoes. I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from JD Sports regarding a recent purchase I made for my daughter’s school shoes. I paid cash in-store for the shoes, only to later receive an email stating that the order was canceled. Since I paid cash, I went back to the store with my receipt expecting a straightforward refund — cash for cash. The cashier was nice
Do not buy from here. They refused to switch out a shoe worn once which was defective and made my son’s foot bleed. It doesn’t matter if it’s defective. If you wear it, they won’t take it back.
The store policy is garbage! I recently bought a $230 pair of Jordan retro 4s for my 13 year old son who wore the shoes 3 times before they started falling apart. Literally 14 days later because he was scared to show me that the shoes because they were already falling apart and not wearing them I tried to bring them back into the store with the receipt in hand and the girl wouldn’t even look at them said they don’t do anything after the shoes have been wore.
