This store is in disarray due to a lack of proper management. The salesperson assisting me was also trying to attend to several other customers, which resulted in a frustrating wait. It was evident that he was overwhelmed and doing his best, yet there was not a single manager present to provide support. I don't blame him at all! Nice store great selection not sure if they were just busy or if the staff is just super lackluster. However I'm thinking the latter. this location was at Destin Commons. 080625

My recent visit to JD Sports in Destin on 8/3/25 was chaotic. Customers were yelling at overwhelmed associates who were doing their best, and management was nowhere to be found. We almost walked out until until one of the associates, Gavin stepped in. He immediately helped me and my family, listened to our needs, and offered clear, helpful options. For someone so young, his professionalism and calm under pressure really stood out. He absolutely deserves recognition.
