I have been to this location TWICE to buy myself and, my daughter, a pair of specific Nikes. We weren't greeted or waited on, either time. The employees are always huddled up, talking or, hanging out with their friends. I will take my money up the road to Dick's Sporting Goods.

The dressing rooms at this location are closed. When we asked why, they said it’s used only for storage. I had hundreds of dollars worth of clothing in my arms… so anyways we just put it all down and left. Unbelievably horrible way to run a store where shoes and clothing are the main merchandise.

Hey, Employees and Manager of JD Sports you work in Retail and Customer Service. If you dont want to do it anymore find another job. Good luck asking for someone to bring you a pair of shoes. I will take my money somewhere else. Everyone wants to stand around lol what a joke.

Kaiya went above and beyond during my visit. She greeted me right away, recommended a few different shoes based on what I was looking for, and helped me find the perfect fit. Her energy and kindness really stood out. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had.
